The Utility Warehouse Pricing Statement indicates that savings shown are based on typical customer usage, comparing pricing with the prices charged by appropriate competitors (e.g. BT, O2, Vodafone, TalkTalk, British Gas and Powergen) and excludes club membership fee of £21 p.a.

Actual savings achieved will depend on how much you use each service, your current tariff(s), supplier(s) and payment method(s) and may therefore the prices shown may vary significantly.

All prices quoted only apply to direct debit customers.

“Big 6” means the six major energy companies who currently supply over 98% of UK households, comprising British Gas, Powergen, NPower, EDF (London Electricity, Seeboard and SWEB), Scottish Power and Scottish & Southern Energy.

The Utility Warehouse Guarantee, & price comparisons are based on the standard domestic usage profiles published by energywatch for low, medium and high users on a like-for-like basis, and exclude Club Membership fee, Multi-Service “Cashback”, surcharge for gas customers using an Independent Gas Transporter, Dual-Fuel discounts and online tariffs.
